Abraham Bastari

Abraham Bastari was appointed as Independent Commisioner of the Company based on Deed No. 65/2020. He obtained his Master of Business Administration degree from Cleveland State University in 1993. With over 25 years of experience in the financial sector, he has developed extensive expertise in Indonesia, including through his roles at the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) and PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia. His professional background reflects a deep understanding of financial management and regulatory practices. On August 7, 2024, he was appointed as Independent Commissioner at KB Valbury Sekuritas.
