In conducting its business, the Company consistently refers to the corporate values and ethical guidelines established in the company regulations, which form a Code of Ethics as a guide for all employees in carrying out their rights and obligations.
This Code of Ethics fosters ingrained ethical behavior in individuals to build togetherness and achieve positive fundamental performance. Consequently, the commitment of each individual to Indonesian law and community ethics can be consistently implemented in decision-making and the execution of comprehensive business strategies according to applicable guidelines.
The objectives of the Company’s Code of Ethics are to:
1. Provide basic principles for personal and professional conduct for all employees and management so that every individual is able to perform their duties and obligations while implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG) to generate added value for all shareholders and stakeholders.
2. Continuously build and maintain the Company’s commitment to GCG in accordance with ethical guidelines in Indonesia, thereby creating a conducive working environment through the application of corporate values that shape the company culture and the formulation of policies, systems, and procedures.
3. Continuously build and maintain the understanding and implementation of conduct for employees and management regarding work ethics that support GCG practices, ensuring the Company’s compliance as a legal entity is consistently carried out in accordance with statutory provisions and ethical guidelines in Indonesia.
4. Continuously build and maintain the understanding of shareholders and stakeholders regarding corporate values and ethical guidelines in Indonesia, ensuring the Company’s business practices align with statutory provisions and prevailing ethics.
5. Provide guidance for all employees and management on the concept of ethical business decision-making, ensuring every business step or decision is made with consideration of its moral and legal consequences.
6. Continuously build and maintain the understanding and commitment of employees and management toward the implementation of consumer and community protection principles in accordance with Indonesian regulations, including:
a. Adequate education;
b. Openness and transparency of product/service information;
c. Fair treatment and responsible business conduct;
d. Protection of assets, privacy, and consumer data;
