In order to uphold the principles of accountability and transparency, and to support the implementation of good corporate governance in general, the Company has implemented a Whistleblowing System (WBS).
This system allows every individual within the Company, as well as those with business relationships with the Company, to report violations, suspected violations, and attempts at obstruction throughout the entire Company group.
The Company’s Reporting System is equipped with the following:
Protection for Whistleblowers
The Whistleblowing System provides protection for whistleblowers by maintaining the confidentiality of the reporter’s identity. Furthermore, the reporter is protected from potential obstruction or retaliation by the perpetrator. This protection also applies to potential similar actions by involved external parties.
Complaint Handling Mechanism
The mechanism for handling complaints is detailed in written policies and procedures, which cover the following:
1. Severity: The weight and seriousness of the reported issue,
2. Credibility: The reliability of the reported party, and
3. Verification: The possibility of confirming allegations from relevant sources.
Management Party
Complaints are handled by the WBS Team, which receives written reports via either email or physical mail. Upon receiving a report, the WBS Team conducts an investigation through several stages.
Handling Results
The results of the investigation are reported by the WBS Team to the Board of Directors for further action.
